Bulgogi
My son is six, we are adventurous eaters in our home, usually focusing on fun foods. My Mom says if there is a Kitchen gadget I have it. I disagree, I am sure there are a few I haven't discovered yet....
1 pound
flank steak, thinly slice
5 tablespoons
soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons
white sugar
1/4 cup
chopped green onion
2 tablespoons
minced garlic
2 tablespoons
sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
ground black pepper
Marinate for at least an hour, but over night is better.
Cook on an indoor grill or wok for a few minutes on each side.
