Today I went to Harris Teeter completely unprepared. I just winged it with my full coupon organizer. I did not plan anything and saved more than half my grocery bill.
Some Common Myths
1. I spend hours emailing companies. I actually spend maybe 10 minutes a day complimenting brands that I already enjoy.
2. I spend hours shopping, going to various stores. I spent about 20 minutes in Harris Teeter on this trip.
3. Coupons are only for poor people. My husband has a very good job and I am very fortunate to be home at this time. I DO miss working if anyone is looking for a CHEAP Instructional Designer or any job for someone with a BS in English and Education.
4. Coupons are only for processed foods and not essentials. Look through my pictures. Especially past Harris Teeter trips where I stocked my freezer with organic chicken , organic sausage and more. Also check the blog for recipes using this items!
